Customer communication is practiced in ALPHA in the following manner:

  • Product Information, direct contact by Sales and Marketing Staff.
  • Visits to customer sites in person.
  • Make surveys as required
  • Customer complaints and actions relating to non-conforming product/service.
  • Through identifying customer feedback (complaint, appreciation, satisfactory completion of jobs etc.)

Project/Technical Team:

Comprising of Engineers, Supervisors, Fire Alarm technicians, electricians, welders, plumbers and assistants ensures design, installation and maintenance of all fixed installations and fire fighting equipment.

Sales Team:

Comprising of Senior Sales Executives along with area/product representatives and helpers keep customers informed of latest developments, whilst canvassing sales. Their achievements reflect the high sales revenue.


All project, sales and support staff are provided with mobile telephones, bleeps and company vehicles.

We have a multi-national mix of personnel where the percentage of Bahrainis employed is in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the Ministry of Labour & Social Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain
