Review Meetings & Quality Objectives are the main mode
of quality planning. ALPHA has identified and defined the
activities and resources needed to achieve quality objectives
and to meet customer requirements. Planning is consistent
with other requirements of the QMS and covers the following
issues:
The processes required in the IMS.
The realization processes and resources needed, identifying
quality characteristics at different stages, to achieve
desired results;
Verification activities, criteria for acceptability
and the quality records needed.
ALL EQUIPMENT IMPORTED for sale are only those that are
manufactured to BS specifications or equivalent, by ISO
or other internationally approved or accredited manufacturers.
Directors visit factories and personally
inspect the products.
We further ensure that the products are
accepted and approved by local Fire Service Directorates
in the countries in which we operate.

The intention is to continually improve
occupational health & safety performance through the
use of a documented management system.
Located in the Sitra Industrial area, it
is equipped with a computerized network system, with a specially
created software programme designed to give maximum efficiency
to all departments.
A
computerized telephone system that has 8 incoming lines.
All calls are logged to keep a record of communication,
customer telephone enquiries and emergency call outs.
An
in-house CCTV monitoring system enables management to control
staff movement during working hours.
A two-way radio-transmitting system for
instant communication between in-house staff and all field
/ project staff.
